Growth100 focuses on driving revenue for founder-led companies from seed to Series B. You get an operator who works with you on your strategy, builds the marketing stack, and executes against it.
Today, most startups and founder-led businesses still operate on the premise that you hire different people for different functions, and then bring them together to deliver on the project.
Whether you hire consultants or agencies, or even hire internally, what you get is account managers who have never run a P&L. And today, when things move this fast, that's a problem. Even if each of them individually delivers good work, the context and what matters get lost in the handoffs.
As AI has accelerated execution and any growth analysis is just a prompt away, what matters now is having someone on your side with business sense who can bring all that together in one operational model and remove the handoffs.
You get an operator, from start to finish. Your execution is driven by the strategist. There is no handoff to junior teams. And we pivot when needed. We move fast, and overcommunicate so you are in the loop every step of the way. The scope follows your goals. No matter what the problem is, we dive into each with a sense of ownership. Whether that's pricing, CRM integrations, data and tracking issues, onboarding, or retention. If we need to talk to your data team, legal, or compliance, we will get involved.
The full argument behind this model is in the essay: The Growth Origin Model.
Selected engagements from the last twelve months.
A practicing CPA with no site and no tracking. We built the whole acquisition engine from scratch: landing pages, booking flow, click-to-CRM tracking, and the paid campaigns on top, then ran it. Nine paying clients came in the first 70 days, and the engagement broke even inside its own window.
Rebuilt the tracking and measurement stack, stood up the company's first ICP-level CAC reporting, and restructured the paid account around it. Once the signal was clean, onboarding CAC improved roughly 9% month over month.
Ran the executive launch program for two new products: brand, website, signup flows, pricing, legal sign-offs and go-to-market, coordinating 15+ people across design, dev, legal and sales. Rebuilt lead capture end to end, wiring click-level attribution from every form into the CRM and offline conversions back to four ad platforms.
Full site design and build oriented around inbound, a structured deal pipeline where scattered docs used to be, and partnership agreements negotiated from term sheet to signature.
Every figure above comes from a real engagement and holds up to reference checks. We keep clients anonymous by default.

Eugen was one of the main contributors to our 100% YoY growth for years, reaching $100M of revenue in 2.5 years.

Focusing on renewals and customer retention at GoDaddy, Eugen dove deep into this challenging, high-revenue space. Each change increased not only revenue but customer experience as well.

We work best with a specific kind of company. Here is who that is, and who it isn't.

Over the years, growth work started in the wrong place. The conversation always was - which hire / account manager we should hire first? And that was a channel manager. Today, we finally have a better model - The Growth Origin Model, focusing on growth origination and revenue.
It is the framework behind every engagement Growth100 takes.
